APHCRI has awarded funding for six new projects under the Coordination and the Vulnerable Consumer Health Care Research stream.

Vulnerable consumers often have complex and health and social needs, and the delivery of primary health care services to these consumers involves contributions from many different professionals and organisations, including organisations outside the health care system. These projects will investigate how primary health care for such vulnerable consumers can be consumer centred, best delivered and coordinated.
